It’s Sweater Weather
Fall is always a great time for anyone thinking about changing their style. If you see a knit sweater you like at the store, here are a few things to consider.
Sweaters made primarily from merino wool or cashmere help retain your natural body temperature while remaining breathable and soft against your skin. Sweaters are one of my favorite wardrobe investments, especially with so many great heritage and contemporary designers to choose from.
Buying with purpose is increasingly important as fashion moves toward more sustainable practices. We can extend the life cycle of our clothing while still finding something cool to wear to the bar in DC. Perfectly good clothes that haven’t been fully worn deserve a second home.
What are you looking for? Something that complements what you already own, or something a little different this time?
If you’re looking for brands to watch, there are plenty of great labels making sweaters that could fit your style perfectly. Ask one of our employees about a piece they loved that recently came into the store—or one that’s still available.

A Few Tips From Our Writer (and Reddz Employee)
-
Fall is a great time to rethink your wardrobe and sell clothes you no longer wear, making room for something new.
-
Check the inner labels while shopping so you can learn more about the materials and get a better feel for what you’re looking for.
-
Stop paying full retail prices when you can find the same pieces somewhere else at even better prices.
